When the Andromeda race, who are humanoids, makes contact with Planet Earth, They are here to assist the planet in the transition from the 3rd Dimension into the 4th Dimension. The Andromeda Council makes contact with all the Heads of the major countries on planet Earth to announce their arrival and explains how they have been observing the Earth for many years….
