“Sweet Amber”? Really? Lars Napster Ulrich was high setting the drum plates and tones on the “retard” mode, oh thank you Lars! Who knows, maybe he was playing with the hands in studio? What’s up with James Hetfield’s vocals? I mean, I know the old man is going to be fucked up on the throat with time but rapping?
Limp MTV Bizkit has turned over in his grave. What the hell was just happened with the greatest metal band of the 80′s? I know what, they has totally sold out that was juts happened! Metallica just became a big franchise for Bob Rock and Rick Rubin. And it all started in 1991, so why we are still surprised in this shit?
I don’t want to bitch about St. Anger album, about its nu metal sounding, non-thrash riffs, lack of the solos and fucked up drums anymore, because it has no value anymore. Metallica sucks cocks after “Reload” 1997 and it is the fact. Period.
Try to listen the next album Skunk… I’m sorry… Death Magnetic and you will be convinced completely. The last effort was made in 2008 has just proved that Metallica is spiritually dead. The DEATH magnetic is a dead material, the corpse of the thrash metal genre. Fuck this all! Thanks James and Lars and thank you Rick Rubin!
